Wild Dog Island is a story featuring large-than-life characters, both human and animal. It's set on an island paradise in a far off country and stars a number of hungry hunters who will stop at nothing. Located in the baking Zimbabwean bushland it follows the footsteps of two researchers united by their passion to save one of the least known animals in the world, the African wild dog. Peter and Jealous are going to set up a unique experiment. They want to give six orphaned dogs a chance to experience paradise.

SURVIVOR
1 x 52' / 1 x 90'
Imagine being born into an enormous, surging herd, millions strong. There are many eager to seize and devour you, fierce creatures with thoughts only of filling their bellies. Mercy is absent here – this is Africa at its wildest.
Early in his life, the Survivor takes a wrong turn and finds another mother anxious for his company. The mighty lioness has kidnapped our wildebeest calf and from instinct only, our Survivor treats this brutal killer as if a surrogate mother. But the Survivor makes it out of the lion’s den and reunite with his mother. This is the beginning of the story of a newborn wildebeest calf, a story about a journey and survival. This is not the dry commentary of the detached observer but the heartfelt urgency of an animal born into a hostile environment and a free flowing adventure.

WAR OF THE HIPPOS
1 x 52'
The survival story of a mother crocodile and her newly hatched babies describes some of the dangers of life in Zambia’s Luangwa river valley. As the baby crocs make their journey from shore to nursery pool, a variety of hungry predators threaten their safety. When drought strikes the valley, the race for survival is on. Teams of crocodiles lurk beneath the water, waiting to seize thirsty animals as they approach the river’s edge. As the ever-decreasing pools of water become more and more crowded, the water birds witness tempers flaring. Weighing in at over a ton, a hippo is not only one of the heaviest land mammals, but also one of the strongest…the clashes aren’t pretty. With their huge canine-like tusks and muscular jaws they are capable of biting a crocodile in half.
